Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the EventFinder mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service") operated by Dominic Ferdinand Ahrer ("we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

EventFinder is a B2B event discovery platform that helps professionals find relevant trade shows, conferences, and networking events based on their business profile. The Service includes:

• Personalized event matching based on industry, products, and target audiences
• Event information aggregation and display
• Calendar integration and event reminders
• Premium features available through paid subscriptions

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update your information if it changes
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service.

Free Tier: Basic features are available at no cost with limited functionality.

Premium Subscriptions: Enhanced features are available through paid subscriptions. Subscriptions are processed and managed through the Apple App Store.

Billing: Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly, depending on your plan). Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it through your App Store settings.

Free Trial: If offered, the free trial period will be specified at signup. You will be charged when the trial ends unless you cancel beforehand.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store subscription settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds: Refund requests are handled according to Apple's App Store refund policies. We do not directly process refunds for subscriptions purchased through the App Store.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Dominic Ferdinand Ahrer and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

Event Information Accuracy: Event details displayed in EventFinder are collected from publicly available sources using automated systems. We are not affiliated with event organizers and do not have direct contact with them. Organizers cannot update or modify event information through our platform. As a result, event details including dates, times, locations, and pricing may be outdated, incomplete, or inaccurate.

Always verify event information directly with the official organizer or venue before making travel or booking decisions.

We are not responsible for:

• Event cancellations or changes made by organizers
• Inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete event information from third-party sources
• Your experience at any event discovered through our Service
• Any losses or expenses incurred due to reliance on event information displayed in our Service

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dominic Ferdinand Ahrer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that should survive termination shall survive.
